Candle Care
Before Lighting Your Candle: Always trim the wick to between 1/8 and 1/4 inch to ensure an optimal burn. Use scissors or a wick trimmer on a cool candle to remove the burnt portion of the wick, avoiding ash falling into the wax. Properly trimmed wicks promote a controlled burn, enhancing the fragrance release, minimizing soot, and ensuring an even melt of the wax. Dispose of wick trimmings safely to prevent them from catching fire.
For Optimal Burning: Light your candle long enough for the wax to melt across the entire surface, reaching the edges of the container, which usually takes 2 to 3 hours. This practice prevents tunneling, allowing for a more even burn. However, never let your candle burn for more than 4 hours at a time to maintain safety and candle integrity.
For Safety: Always burn your candle on a level, heat-resistant surface and never for more than 4 hours at a time. Ensure the wick is kept trimmed to prevent large flames and soot. Place the candle away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts, including those from ceiling fans, to avoid accidents and ensure an even burn.

The wax in my candles consists primarily soy wax with a small amount of paraffin to enhance performance.

Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible to return it for either an exchange or a refund.
Return Timeframe: Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging.
Return Process:

- Package Your Return: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

Return Shipping: Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Inspection and Approval: We will inspect the condition of the item upon receipt. If approved, we will process your exchange or refund.
- Processing Time: Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Products: For items that are defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a refund or exchange.
